The pairing of salty warmed goat cheese, savory roasted garlic, slightly sweet and slightly tangy cranberry chutney and sweet caramelized onions together just makes every bite stand up and stand out.
These crispy little beauties are easy to prepare and really delicious to munch on. So much better than just potato chips, more interesting than deep-fried fish and far superior to onion rings they make great appetizers, finger foods, side dishes… you name it!
This ice cream is very rich, but is nicely balanced by the whole blueberries and chunks of strawberries running through it.
While this might be called “vegetarian” it certainly doesn’t have to be. It would also be great with warm or cold cooked chicken… or! MMmmmmm… with medium-rare, thinly sliced beef strips. Yum.

This is a great recipe for sweet pies or tarts. It makes enough for one 8″ double crust pie, two 8″ pies single crust pies, 6 4-5″ tarts or 12 2-3″ tartlets.
I made this cake for Leith for his 2nd birthday and he loved it. It was quite simple to make and very impressive…to a 2 year-old who has a passion for lions.
These chips are so simple to make and so delicious as a snack or pre-dinner bite. They would be good with just about any kind of dip; caramelized onion, articoke and cheese, yogurt and curry…I could go on…
White chocolate blondies? Good. Vanilla cheesecake? Good. Put them together? Wow. Gooooooooooood.
